When ordering at www.papua.pt you enjoy 15 (fifteen) consecutive days, counting from the reception of the order, to proceed with the exchange or return of the ordered articles.

Items returned to our warehouse for the purpose of exchange or return may not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with their article labels and hygienic sticker. PAPUA reserves the right to deny exchange or return if the article does not meet the requirements of this policy.

The exchange of the article(s) can be made by another size, or another model in stock at the date of the communication of the intention to exchange; the exchange must be made by article of equal or greater amount.

1.º STEP : FILL IN THE ONLINE EXCHANGE / RETURN FORM:

1 - Go to the MY ACCOUNT field in the upper right corner of the MENU, making the corresponding LOGIN.
2 - Go to the MY RETURNS field, located in the left menu.
3 - Click REQUEST NEW RETURN.
4 - Select the order you want to exchange / return. Then select the item(s) you want to exchange / return.
5 - Fill in the requested fields - REASON for the exchange; CONDITION of the article, and RESOLUTION. Optionally you can make additional comments and submit photos of the article. Then click SUBMIT.

2.º STEP : SEND PACKAGE TO OUR WAREHOUSE :

Please note:

- PAPUA is not responsible for the shipping costs that occur with the transportation to our warehouse for the respective exchange / refund.
- You must return the items to PAPUA Warehouse within the exchange / return period under penalty of PAPUA not accepting the exchange or return after this period.
- PAPUA does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product. We advise you to request a stamped shipment receipt, at the courier services or another that you hire to make the return.
- In case of return, PAPUA reimburses only the purchase value of the returned item. The costs for the initial transport are not refunded.
- Additional taxes, fees or charges that may arise from the process of shipping the items by the customer to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer.

The exchange time of the articles occurs within a maximum period of 5 working days after arriving in our warehouse, once the verification by our staff of article condition is completed.

PAPUA reimburses the customer within 20 days of receipt of the items in our warehouse according to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies.

We work in partnership with international carrier - CHRONOPOST / DPD Group - to ensure the customer the best shipping service and all the convenience. *
Shipping costs depend on where the order is shipped. The shipping value is calculated automatically at the checkout stage and presented at the order summary stage.
